“…and all men and women are merely players.” Inspired by William Shakespeare, "All the World Is a Stage" takes the audience on a journey to the heart of 17th-century English theatre, where music, poetry and dance become one.
Performed by a countertenor, a lutenist and a dancer, this production blends artistic forms and emotions into a vibrant, immersive experience. Between the depth of Henry Purcell’s arias, the elegance of the masks and the exuberance of John Eccles’ mad songs, it explores three contrasting worlds — devotion, decorum and delirium.
A unique moment where every emotion finds its place, in the spotlight.
