On the other side of the mirror is a journey of initiation, a whimsical tale, a baroque reverie, that plunges the audience, young and old, into the backstage of the Grand Siècle and the Age of Enlightenment, through the medium of a child.
A little Alice is a little bored in a castle transformed into a museum when an unexpected event allows her to live an extraordinary experience: learning to dance the Minuet in the perspective of a ball, expressing her femininity with a not-so-serious courtesan, or sharing a moment of botany in a French garden accompanied by a paunchy gardener.
Three actors-dancers tell this story, accompanied by musicians playing ancient instruments. After the show, the students will be able to exchange with the artists, discover the instruments, and even perform a baroque dance! A friendly, touching moment full of fantasy!
