Margit Jassó

Margit Jassó is a dedicated harpsichordist and early music specialist born on May 7, 2000, in Budapest, Hungary. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Harpsichord Concert Performance at the Haute École de Musique de Genève with Béatrice Martin, for which she is recipient of the prestigious Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Harpsichord at the Universität Mozarteum in Salzburg, under the guidance of distinguished professors such as Florian Birsak, Andreas Gilger, and Wolfgang Kogert. In 2024 Margit Jassó took part in several concerts as a member of the Montis Regalis Youth Orchestra in Italy, with performances in cities including Turin, Alba, and Cuneo. In January 2025, she performed as a soloist at the Victoria Hall in Geneva alongside Enrico Gatti. Throughout her career, he has regularly performed in Salzburg, Budapest and Geneva and she has collaborated with numerous renowned orchestras, such as the Mozarteum Orchestra of Salzburg and the Hungarian Radio Orchestra.
